Summary:
Waermtimo is seeking dedicated and experienced Sales Engineers for Korea, Japan, Taiwan separated, who’s acting as the proactive driver of all Sales and Key Account activities for local markets.
This role will generate new business and ensures growth by promoting Waermtimo’s Thermal Interface Products. Assesses potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs. Uses technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales. Researches and presents reports showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services. Contributes to technical exchange meeting to clients and communicates customer feedback for future product developments.
Essential Functions:
Ø Contribute to researching market and competitive intelligence. Gains understanding of market environment and competitive situations.
Ø Aids in defined sales plans for significant growth within a competitive and emerging application technology market.
Ø Meet or exceed key metrics for revenue growth and market share in local regional customers.
Ø Contribute unique value and build up solid and closed relationships with key accounts.
Ø Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Ø Experience of sales, with a record of increasing sales
Ø Experienced in working with and/or managing accounts (directly and indirectly) – OEM’s, fabricators, and assemblers
Ø Experienced in customer relationship management and demand planning processes and tools
Ø Communicate fluently in the English language
Ø Travel: Up to 50%
